Italiannies Needs to Provide English Training Courses to its Waiters

I like the Italian ambience, the Jazz music and most importantly, the warmly served fresh breads in Italiannies since my best friend first brought me to dine here years ago.

All that just doesn’t seem congruent with the waiter who served us speaking in thick Chinese accent and improper grammar when we were having our lunch at Italiannies, Paradigm Mall. To maintain that brand image, I think all the waiters should be carefully selected or they just need to be trained to speak English properly.

Okay, that was my honest thought and I admit that I sounded like a snob!
